Return Policy

At Angel Beauty Aesthetics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below:

• Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your products.
   
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and, and returned within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
   
• Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a refund or exchange.
   
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from items that originally qualified for free shipping.
   

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used products unless there is an allergic reaction (see below).
   

• If a product causes an allergic reaction, we will refund or credit the individual product.
   
• Reactions must be reported within 48 hours of use.
   
• We may request a doctor’s note and/or photos to confirm the reaction was caused by our product.
   
• All returned products due to allergic reactions are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
   
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
   
• Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
   

All instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site are provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have concerns about the safety of certain ingredients, please consult your doctor or contact us for further information.
