We have a 95% success rate with clients that take part in our Online Acne Program. Thanks to the technologies of our online portal, Clear Connection and digital photography, we can evaluate your needs, track your progress, make the required bi-weekly adjustments to your regimen and work as a team to clear your acne- all with the same 95% success rate as our in-clinic clients.

Our Virtual Consultation is for those who are determined to end their battle with acne but do not have the ability to visit our clinic. This consultation is the first to take if you are interested in our Acne program, or if you simply want to find out more about your skin.

Please submit your form at least 2-3 days prior to your virtual acne consultation. We will reach out to you via email if we need additional information.

A virtual consultation begins when you complete our comprehensive online questionnaire about your skin and lifestyle. Once we have reviewed it, we email you if you have not already set up and booked an appointment online. If you have already booked your virtual acne consultation, we will be in touch to confirm and determine how we will meet (FaceTime, Zoom or phone). During the meeting, we will discuss how to develop a customized clear skin plan specific to your skin type and will address your current skin care concerns. We also explain how our virtual acne program works and the type of commitment that is needed to be successful in more detail.

Once you’re registered in our virtual acne program, we will identify your skin type and the triggers that may be contributing to your acne. We will also review your customized plan, product usage and teach you what to avoid.

After the consult, you will receive a package containing. a Personalized Skin Clearing Plan as follows below:

• Acne Triggering Foods 
• List of Pore Clogging Ingredients 
• Birth Control Simplified 
• Lifestyle Factors that Trigger Acne 
• Makeup options
• Addition information such as shampoo brands

Please Note: the virtual acne consultation does not include the purchase of skin care products. Initial products will cost approximately $180.00 -$ 220 in addition to the consultation fee.
